水痕：经过一段时间会自行消失，若30天左右未退，请使用一块涂了少许色拉油的干净棉布顺着木纹方向擦拭。
烫痕：用专用钢丝绒在烫痕处顺着木纹方向轻轻的擦拭，也可以尝试用处理水痕法擦拭，然后用清洁的软布将其擦干净，再上光。
纸贴：用色拉油把纸浸透，几分钟后用家具专用钢丝绒按木纹方向轻擦，擦完后上光。
食品污染：各种茶污渍、菜汁、水果汁、黄油等溅在家具表面会留下轻微污点要立即擦拭，然后用一块干净的软布对污渍处上光。
油漆：如果水基漆，应即时用潮湿的干净软布将其擦掉；若是油基漆则应让其自然风干，然后用钝的刮铲或硬卡片轻刮掉。
指甲油，洗甲液：其属于化学溶剂，如果不当心弄倒，应立即吸干。
酒精：很多液体含有酒精，像香水、鸡尾酒及某些药水，它们能溶解家具的涂层，吐过不小心溅在家具上，让其风干。
口香糖：可用冰袋或冷水冷却后，拿钝的刮铲或硬卡片轻刮掉。
圆珠笔或墨水笔痕迹：可用软的橡皮擦拭，为防止掉色，可在污渍处滴几滴清水。忌用喊酒精和腐蚀性的化学溶液。清洁后的表面可用专业的保养剂或润肤油进行保养。
提示：家用专用钢丝绒可在五金 市购买，勿使用厨房钢丝球。

1、 先应了解皮质的种类，除磨砂皮质外均可使用专用座椅清洁剂和保养剂
2、 新购置的皮革类软体， 先用湿毛巾拧干后抹去表面的尘埃以及污垢，再用护理剂轻擦表面一两遍（不含蜡质的护理品），这样在真皮表面形成一层保护膜，使日后的污垢不易深入真皮毛孔，便于日后清洁。
3、 PU面被带色的污垢染色后，可以先用干部擦干，然后再用轻质汽油、酒精或中性洗剂喷湿毛巾轻轻擦拭，切忌用含酸、碱性除垢剂擦拭。
4、 皮革吸收力强，应注意防污，要避免油渍、圆珠笔、油墨等弄脏座椅。如果发现座椅有污渍等，应立即用皮革清洁剂清洁，也可用干净的白毛巾沾少许酒精轻抹污点，之后再用干一点的湿毛巾抹开， 后用保护剂护理。有圆珠笔油时，应尽快用沾有少许水的橡皮轻擦即可。切勿用烈性去污品清洗座椅（去污粉、化学溶剂、松节油、汽油或其他不适当的溶剂）。
5、 如在皮革上打翻饮料，应立即用干净布或海绵将之吸干，并用湿布擦抹，让其自然干，切勿用吹风筒吹干。
6、 真皮座椅的保养 关键在于保持真皮的呼吸，因此，要经常清理，并且经常保持室内通风，使真皮表面的毛孔不被灰尘阻塞。平时清理时，一定要使用纯棉或丝绸沾湿后轻轻擦拭，在擦净后可用碧丽珠或上光蜡再喷一遍，以保持清洁。
7、 磨砂皮座椅的清洁方式不能应用以上的清洁方式（除皮质上有油渍外可用细铜刷轻轻刷拭，恢复期美观度）。
